It's a perfect day for a picnic! The park fills with families, spreading their blankets, and setting out colourful plates loaded with delicious treats.
But there has never been a picnic without uninvited guests ... ANTS!!
In Problem Picnic: Attack of the Ants, players are competing ant colonies trying to steal the best plates of food from the picnic blankets. In this 2-4 player, dice-rolling dexterity game, the dice are your ants. Roll them onto the picnic cards, trying to get the most ants onto the foods and plate colours you want. Different custom dice at your disposal represent your industrious Workers, speedy Scouts, and sturdy Soldiers. At the end of the day, the colony that has arranged their stolen plates to best satisfy the whims of the Queen will earn the most points and win the game!

Hello my Army of Ants,
Tonight I come to you with a brief update.
US/Canada Backers of The Worker level, you have begun receiving your games. If you have not received a heads-up email from Funagain Games yet, please let me know. We'll figure it out for you.
TORONTO Worker backers, I have received your games. However, Funagain forgot to send the expansions and stretch goal Round cards. They should be in by Tuesday. SO, don't head out to TOYTOWN yet. I'll let you know when everything is there for you.
Golden Ant backers, again, I have yet to receive the expansions and stretch goal Round cards. Once I do, I'll be sending out your games. This will likely be by Wednesday.
EU/Worldwide The Worker backers, GamesQuest is processing your games as we speak (well, they are off for the weekend, but the processing has begun). You will begin receiving your emails on Monday. And the games will begin making their way to you on Tuesday and Wednesday.

This is a brief hello to say that if you are in the US or Canada, your orders are being processed and shipped as we speak. TORONTO Worker backers, your shipment should arrive in Toronto by the end of the week. I have arranged with Shari from TOYTOWN to have it at her shop by Sunday. Worldwide backers, I am waiting for the confirmations to start rolling out for you as well. The good people at Games Quest were in the middle of fulfilling some huge campaigns, so they have been a bit slower to start. I'll be in touch about your shipments soon.

What We're Backing
As some of you know already, we like to share awesome Kickstarter campaigns that we've been backing. Pocket Ops, an area control and deduction game from our friends at Grand Gamers Guild, launched yesterday. It's a light two player game that is fantastically fun, and much deeper than you would expect. What's even more is that the art and graphic design is from our very own Josh Cappel. He did some really great work on this game. The best news is that the campaign is almost 75% funded. And if it is by noon EST, the first bunch of stretch goals are going to be met. LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE!!

Hooray! Problem Picnic, On Its Way To You

Hello my Army of Ants!
I come to you today with the best news possible! Finally (after three pain staking weeks sitting at the dockyards) today your games arrived at FunAgain Games. What does this mean for you?
Here's The Plan
1. US and Canadian Backers of The Worker level: your games will begin fulfillment during the middle of next week.
2. EU and Worldwide backers of The Worker level: your games will begin fulfillment from Games Quest next week as well.
3. TORONTO Worker backers, here's the deal: your games are coming to me from FunAgain as well. Once they are here, I will deliver them right away to TOYTOWN for pick-up. Once they arrive in Toronto, I will send a message to you to let you know that the games are ready to be picked up.
4. Golden Ant backers, here's your story: your games are ready to be fulfilled. However, I promised all of you the expansion for free because the puddle card didn't end up having the foil on it, as originally planned. So, I have to wait until the games are delivered to me. The good news is that your games are signed, addressed and ready to go.
All in all, we are still on schedule to fulfill your games much before the end of June!

The Moment You've All Been Waiting For - Well, Sort Of

Hello my Army of Ants,
I hope that you are well and are bracing yourself for your Problem Picnic: Attack of the Ants delivery.
Where Is My Game, You Ask?
Some good news and some annoying news. First for the good news.
Games Quest in the UK has most of the games to be fulfilled outside of the US and Canada. They are going to be ready to roll shortly.
If you are a Golden Ant backer, I've got your games. I am just waiting on the expansions before I get them in the mail to you.
For those of you who are from the US or Canada, and not a Golden Ant backer, here is your info: as per usual, there are snags along the way when delivering a game. Especially when it is coming from China. The games landed in California on over a week ago. We were hoping for them to be ready to ship to you by Monday of this week (which is why I waited to update you), but unfortunately, that didn't happen. Today FunAgain received an email from US customs that the shipment is being searched. This is a totally random search. AND it's annoying. BUT, we're still on schedule to get you your games before the end of June. The email mentioned that it would take a week to get through the inspection. Since they have had it at the docks for about that long, it should be on its way to FunAgain very soon.
All that being said, we're still ahead of schedule.
